Shrimp Cocktail $8.95 Baked Brie $7.25 Escargot $6.95
Jumbo shrimp poached with lemon, and accompanied by cocktail sauce and lemon. A delightful winter warmer to peak your appetite Prepared in butter with fresh garlic and baked in a crock. Served with herbed garlic bread.

Fresh baked rolls or bread and butter
Choice of French onion or soup du jour or dinner salad
Fresh seasonal vegetables and choice of potato, rice or pasta du jour

New York Strip Steak $21.95 Pan-fried Walleye $15.95
12-14oz. strip steak char-grilled. Filet of walleye dusted with flour, then sauteed golden brown.
 
Ribeye Steak $19.55 Broiled Whitefish $15.95
12 oz. of Choice ribeye steak grilled and served with a side of sauteed mushrooms. Filet of whitefish lightly topped with butter, herbs and paprika.

Filet Mignon $24.95 Shrimp Scampi $18.95
10oz. filet of grilled beef served with a sauce of fresh mushrooms and bernaise. Fresh shrimp scampi sauteed with garlic, white wine, butter scallions and tomatoes. Served on a bed on linguine.
 
Chicken Breast Dijonaise $15.95 Roast Maple Duck $19.95
8oz. boneless skinless breast of chicken sauteed with mushrooms and finished with a dijon mustard cream sauce. Farm raised duck marinated in a maple soy glaze and slow roasted to a deep golden brown. Served with sauce du jour.
 
Veal Marsala $20.50 BBQ Ribs $18.75
Tender veal slices lightly dusted in flour and sauteed with scallions, mushrooms and tomatoes, with a Marsala cream sauce.
 
Baby back pork ribs slow roasted and served with our Door County BBQ cherry sauce.

The Lighter Side  

Chicken or Beef Stir Fry $10.50 Open Face Tenderloin $11.95
Your choice of strips of chicken breast or beef tenderloin sauteed with garlic and fresh vegetables, finished with soy marinade and served over rice pilaf. Char-broiled Choice beef tenderloin lightly seasoned and served atop toast points with French fries and a saute of onions and mushrooms.
Leathem Burger $8.50  
  Grilled 7 oz. sirloin burger lightly seasoned accompanied by fried or raw onions and French fries, then topped with cheese.
