Now that you are away from hustle and bustle of a hectic schedule, you can relax with that ‘someone special”. Even in the quiet period, Door County has the simple beauty of life: a walk along a secluded lane; sitting
on a log atop an overlook; or just cuddling on the couch in front of the fireplace after a bath in the 4’ x 6’ whirlpool tub-for-two. Go ahead…pour a glass of wine, from local vineyard, from the bottle awaiting you in your guest room upon arrival. Try to contain your combatant attitude when your mate wants total possession of the chocolate-dipped strawberries chilling in the refrigerator of the wet bar.

During the winter season, our dining room and cocktail lounge are open on Friday and Saturday nights only, beginning at 5:30pm. Each evening your package includes dinner-for-two in our dining room. In addition to our Winter Menu selections may we suggest:

Friday Night Fish Fry (dinner allowance-for-two $33.00) featuring perch or walleye fillet (pan or deep-fried) or Whitefish fillet (broiled or blackened).  For the very hardy eaters, feast on a Captain’s Extravaganza Dinner (for one or a duet), which is a generous 16” platter of deep-fried perch & walleye fillets, shrimp and smoked fish. Can’t finish it all? Take a ‘people bag’ to your room for snacking later.

Saturday Night Surf ‘n Turf (dinner allowance-for-two $66.00) with your choice of an 8oz. beef with 7-8oz lobster tail or three jumbo shrimp…loosen your belt for a Captain’s Extravaganza (for one or a duet), a tempestuous platter of beef filet, lobster tail, deep-fried shrimp and smoked fish. The leftovers in the doggie bag will cure the 2am hungries.

Speaking of snacks and ‘hungries’…late each afternoon, fresh-baked cookies will be awaiting in your suite for partaking in a celebration of your choosing.

If you desire a more modest priced guest room without the fireplace or whirlpool tub-for-two, Choose our Deluxe guest room with either a single King bed or two queen beds.
