GUEST ROOMS IN THE LODGE

Accommodations of guest rooms include:

• Free wireless broadband internet connections.
• Complimentary Continental breakfast in the Lucerne Lounge from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
• Fully carpeted bedrooms and ceramic tile bathroom floors.
• Cable connected color TV with remote.
• Guest-controlled heating and air conditioning.
• Smoke detectors.
• Private balcony or patio.
• Private touch-tone phones utilizing Ameritech and AT & T services.
• ADA designed accommodations for the physically disabled are available in two first floor deluxe rooms.  All areas of the Lodge are readily accessible.
   

ACCOMMODATIONS of our DELUXE guest rooms:

• Rooms furnished with Thomasville (Lodgepole Pine), Broyhill (Knotty Pine) or American of Martinsville (Red Oak).
• Choice of one King size or one queen size or two queen size beds.
• Smoking or nonsmoking.
• Some rooms (Lodge) have wood timber beams and decking.

ACCOMMODATIONS of our JUNIOR SUITES:

• Each of our 475 sq. ft. (approx.) single-room Junior Suites are furnished with a different style of Thomasville furniture.
• Nonsmoking only.
• King size bed.
• Five feet of oak cabinetry contain a snack center consisting of a bar sink, under-counter refrigerator, small microwave, coffee maker, dishware and glassware for two.
• Gas log fireplace, on a timer, across from the foot of the bed.
• Jacuzzi whirlpool tub-for-two (4' x 6') on a ceramic tile platform in the bathroom. Separate shower stall.
• VCR and TV, both with remote controls, above the fireplace.
• Dining or cocktail table.
• The First Mate Junior Suites overlooks the putting green and Par-3 golf course.
• The First Mate Junior Suite adjoins the Admiral's Suite and is a "Lock-off" enabling the Suite to become two-bedrooms.

ACCOMMODATIONS of our TWO-ROOM CAPTAIN'S and ADMIRAL'S SUITES:
Our two-room suites offer the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Each of the 650 sq. ft. Captain's Suites and 740 sq. ft. Admiral's Suites are furnished with a different style of Thomasville furniture.

• A 5' wet bar of oak cabinetry consisting of a bar sink, under-counter refrigerator, small microwave, coffee maker, dishware and glassware for four.
• Nonsmoking and smoking.
• Queen size bed in the Captain's Suite... King size bed in the Admiral's Suite.
• A two-way gas log fireplace, on a timer, shares a view from the living room and across from the foot of the bed.
• Jacuzzi whirlpool tub-for-two (4' x 6') on a ceramic tile platform in the bedroom next to the nightstand of the bed.
• Separate 4' x 3' shower stall is in the bathroom.
• Color TV above the fireplace in the living room... VCR and TV, both with remote controls, in the armoire across from the foot of the bed.
• Living room furnished with dining table for four, butlers table, cocktail table, end tables with lamps, sofa (queen size pullout bed), upholstered chairs, desk and fax/modem port.
• Off to the side of the bedroom is a dressing room with vanity, mirror, closet and second entrance to the bathroom.
• The all two-room Suites overlook the Par-3 golf course.
• The Admiral's Suites adjoin a First Mate Junior Suite (Lock-off) enabling the Suite to become two-bedrooms.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All guest room rates are based on double occupancy (except Captain's & Admiral's Suites occupancy of up to 4 persons) and availability.

• Some dates require a two night minimum stay, particularly during July, August, the first three weekends in October and Holiday Eves that fall on either side of a weekend.

• Weekday nights are Sunday through Thursday.  Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday.

• Weekend rates applicable on Friday, Saturday and Holiday Eves.

• Check-in: After 2:00 pm Check-out: Prior to 11:00 am

• Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.

• Children under 10 stay free with parents in the same room.

• Extra person charge $15.00 each per night.

• Available upon request (supplies are limited): Crib, Rollaway bed, small refrigerator $10.00 one-time handling fee.

• Prices subject to change without notice.

• All charges exclude applicable taxes. Charges are subject to 5.5% Sales Tax and 4% City of Sturgeon Bay Room Tax, unless documented proof of exemption is presented, in advance.

• Credit Cards: Visa, Discover and Master Card credit cards accepted.

• Discounts: 5 percent for 4-6 nights 10 percent for 7 or more nights.

• Group Rates: Call for information.

• Cancellation/Refund: A deposit equal to one night's lodging (plus applicable taxes) is required by advance check or major credit card to secure each reservation. Notice of reservation cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to 4:00 pm on the planned date of arrival or cost of the room for one night will be charged. Many weekends or packages require a two-night minimum stay; failure to arrive on the planned date of arrival or early departure, shall result in charges for the remainder of the reservation period, unless room is re-rented for at least the same rates as quoted this customer. Leathem Smith Lodge, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to access a $15.00 service charge on all cancellations.
